Pecan Orchard Campground Guidelines

Campsites in shaded PC are only guaranteed to advance camping pass holders only. Purchase at Grape Ranch or by phone (918)623-2250.

- Campground will be open at 8:00 am, Friday, August 1 and close at 7:00pm on Sunday, August 3
- Access to the campground is limited to festival ticket holders
- Camping is included with a festival ticket purchased in advance. While we will make every effort to accommodate campers who choose to purchase tickets at the gate, we can only guarantee camping to those who purchase in advance (either through www.reddirtfestival.com or at Grape Ranch).
- Advance ticket holders must indicate their wish to camp at the entrance gate. Campers will receive "camping wristbands" and directed to the campground. Only one advance ticket is required per carload of campers.
- Wrist bands must be worn at all times.
- Cold Primitive Showers will be available at the campground
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult
- No motorcycles allowed in campground area. Motorcycles have a designated
parking area adjacent to the campground.
- Several Open Fire Pit areas will be available at various locations inside
the campground area. Firewood will be provided by the Grape Ranch. (These
are the ONLY locations where open pit fires will be allowed.) Fires for
cooking purposes MUST be in an appropriate outdoor cooking grill
- Pets must be on a leash, please clean up after your pet. No pets
will be permitted at any of the stages or in the winery area.
- Marked Roads are FIRE – LANES and must be kept open. Vehicles
found blocking any road will be towed at owner's expense.
- Drinking Water is available adjacent to the Shower Area.
- Outside food is allowed. Food Vendor(s) will be open for each meal including
breakfast Sunday morning. Ice will also be available for purchase.
- No unauthorized vending allowed in campground
- No Shuttle service will be provided
- Beer and wine sales will help fund this festival and must be purchased
onsite – no outside alcohol will be permitted
Campground Picking is anticipated & encouraged
- No Radios or Stereos played loudly
- Drums or drum circles will be monitored
- Drums should NOT interfere with the campground acoustic music
being played at various campsites
- Please respect your fellow musicians so that all may enjoy the festival
